Film Progress

I've been jumping around searching for ideas this summer. I came up with one but wanted to see what else I could come up with. My dad gave a great idea and I've been doing some research.

Things have been going well. Survivorman returned yesterday. I finally bought a frame for that Akira movie poster that's been sitting around. It looks great!

How Are You?

Getting a bit nostalgic lately and been looking back at movies that inspired me to do animation. I been studying a lot of stuff now, but I've sort of realized that Flash animations like this one will always be the reason I stick with animation. An artist whose work I liked took down her page. Her artwork had an interesting style. I'm hoping she'll put up a tumblr or something, but it kind of made me think about all the work I've seen on the web that motivates me to do my own stuff. What happens when that work is taken down and you can no longer see it? No backups or archives. The stuff that influenced you is gone. Makes you want to save stuff even if there are multiple copies online. Never know when it will be taken down.
